"What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...

"I had a few questions and requests and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. It's one of the best qualities any owner/manager can have (communication skills). The room is small, but was perfect for my needs. The area is quiet and the property is kept very clean. We did not need to use the kitchen area, but it's very convenient if you want to prepare your own meals. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars."

"We LOVED staying here! It’s very private, they give you a code to enter the property and it’s almost self serve. They had complimentary snacks and ice water in the lobby, the beds were so comfy, and everything was clean. Our only complaint (and this is nitpicky) is the shower door situation was a little awkward; felt very exposed and vulnerable. But even then the shower/bath itself was lovely. Highly recommend!"

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! "A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"

"We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

Note: When you check out, you are asked to leave parking pass & keys w/fob on the kitchen counter…..So FIRST Take car out of garage and then simply ask for an access code to the elevator from your host.
