"I had a reservation that was completely PAID for, I called at 6:30pm to let them know I would be a late check in, I was told they gave away my queen size bed and they only had a room with 2 doubles, I told them whatever that’s fine I’ll still take it. Well when we showed up after our concert, at midnight mind you, they told me they gave my room away again. Like what???! That’s crazy, they told me some weird crap about the house keeper not being able to clean rooms, not sure how that’s my problem with a 12 hour notice.. but ummm they were rude and didn’t care we had to sleep in the car cuz it’s was MIDNIGHT!!!"

"Disappointed in the room. The door was damaged on the hinge side and when we arrived the door could be pushed open without the key card. We had to make sure the door was closed securely each time we opened and closed it. We stayed 3 nights. The second day I asked the maid in the hallway to clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper. We were gone all day at a celebration of life and returned to our hotel exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Our trash cans were full, we needed towels and wash cloths and a new bag for our ice bucket. I went to the desk to ask and they were just going to hand me towels and toilet paper... I had my food I'd ordered from the bar in my hands and I said I'd have to come back- they did deliver it to the room. I was told maid service is every other day, so I'm not sure what happened. Don't take room 310 if you stay there."

"Hot breakfast was included which was a plus. Also breakfast bar was very organized and kept clean. Room itself was clean but had a strong odor that was masked by cleaning products."

"The room was very dirty. Than bathroom was disgustingly dirty and had feeces smeared when we checked in. The floor was filthy I got our feet dirty."

"Bed was super comfy. Coffee maker didn't work. Advertised breakfast but there was nothing. No trash bags in the any of the cans in the room, room was missing tissues and body wash. It was okay just for a quick sleep."
