"So….we had booked elsewhere originally but that booking was cancelled due to fire, so Expedia rebooked us here. And they paid the additional charges. (Of course I was expecting something fancier) The location, is great….you are within walking distance of lots of things, tube is 5 mins away. The place itself….a complete let down. The two things we absolutely wanted were kitchen and washer/dryer. Yes we had them, except, washer did not work, couldn’t get the latch to close - called...

"This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices."

"This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack. The door was a tad tricky to open but the keypads worked well so our...
