"Absolutely shocking the photos on the website are a fabrication. I was told I was staying in another property down the road which on approach was dark, overflowing bags of rubbish and the front door propped open by a fire extinguisher. The entrance and stairs were filthy and haven't been vacuumed for ages. Loose pills on the stairs, receipts, more rubbish and had to navigate over shoes, shopping bags, beer boxes and yet more rubbish. And this was before I got into the room. On entering, there...

"It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... "Small tiny room but clean, our room were cleaned everyday, change the towels everyday. The reception staff was very helpful. They need to change the stairs and the carpets it doesnt look nice, the stairs is not sturdy it makes sound everytime you used.. but the hotel location is very nice, near to everywhere you want to go in london. About 3 minutes walk and your in oxford street already. Near the bus stops and the near the underground trains. There’s grocery around the corner, starbucks,...

The rooms are over a pub, which is unusual, but turned out quite well as breakfast was included in our room cost--a "traditional English breakfast"--and we had a waiting drink when we arrived from the airport, via the train. The hotel is an easy walk from the underground stop. Kieran was very helpful getting us settled in, including assisting a pair of senior citizens with luggage. It was a very...

"Easy to find and walking distance from station, and to stadium okay. Room and bathroom clean, nice we had two fans as heatwave! Rang as we had not received codes etc to get in but sent straight away. Furniture bit old but fine for 1/2 night stay and good price ."

"This place exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean. Also had a tv. The kitchen is very nice with free washing machine. The staff were helpful. There is a street food market for lunch just across from the building with lots of great foreign street food. Highly recommended staying here. A lot of bang for your buck."
