Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport
The drawer holding the safe was broken and nearly fell on my foot. When I reported it the receptionist’s first comment was ‘are you ok?’ That drawer and one in the desk were replaced very quickly. Easy access to airport, no need for bus/taxi etc

The staff were excellent and the room was very clean with good amenities. The hotel itself is a good 20 to 25 minute walk from the closest tube and the directions a little confusing.
