"The breakfasts are good, the service is good, and the hotel is well located.
However, the pool is very cloudy and doesn't make you want to get in.
Finally, the day before we left (Tuesday, June 30th), the room wasn't cleaned, and the bathrooms were awful. We filed a complaint, but no one has contacted us yet. We tried to speak with the manager, but we haven't received any explanation for this oversight."

"I booked there because of the option of free parking for a week. When I checked in they told me that option for free parking was online, which it did not come up for me. The guy said oh well there is nothing we can do. I paid $700/ for one night and there was nothing they could do. Not happy about that, so we had to park at the airport for an additional $165."

"On July 1st 2026, the night shift front desk staff, the female staff has an attitude that makes me uncomfortable. She had this strong tone of refusing, as if I were requesting something ridiculous. But I'm just asking if I can get a pair of slippers. Maybe next time she could simply say "sorry we don't provide slippers" and I'll take the answer to walk away. It's not a big deal, I'm just sharing my personal experience. No follow up or survey needed. Appreciated."
