All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. "Two basic single rooms, small en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and views of a wall/garden. Stayed in October and the heating came on automatically so rooms were warm and cosy. Very quiet overnight though we were at the back of the hotel. The shared terrace at the front had beautiful views over the lake and plenty of tables and chairs. The bar and breakfast room are located separately across a very quiet road. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely, including some gluten free options on...

"We had a great time at Villa Isabella. From start to finish, it was magical and fantastic. The staff were very helpful, attentive and kind, while the room and breakfast were fabulous. The parking was a real bonus as well. After we checked out and were on our way to Val Gardena, my wife realised that she had left her medication in the fridge in our room. We called the hotel and they arranged for the medication to be delivered to us within 24 hours. Outstanding service and genuine kindness."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right...
