Only down side was lack of AC which in the summer heat was a little to warm inside the rooms. With that beinG said I was able to open the window to allow the breeze inside but there was a noisy street and restaurant below.

Hôtel bien placé mais tarif très élevé donc un rapport qualité prix qui n'est pas excellent. Points négatifs: Travaux pour venir et se rendre à la gare Ascenseur minuscule, vétuste et très très lent. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre Points positifs: Bonne situation à proximité de la gare et des agences de location de véhicules Réfrigérateur dans la chambre Excellent petit déjeuner Personnel accueillant et serviable

Belle découverte

Nous avons pu profiter d’un séjour d’une journée et une nuit à Brest en s’installant à l’hôtel MERCURE. Un accueil très chaleureux, une équipe disponible et souriante. Bonne conseillère pour trouver de bonnes adresses de restaurant. C’est une belle découverte que je conseille. Merci à toute l’équipe et plus particulièrement à la responsable qui a embelli notre séjour par son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse . A tester sans souci.

1 point très positif : le petit-déjeuner (le buffet est riche et varié avec quelques bons produits régionaux : kouign amann, crêpes au caramel beurre sale, far breton, ...). Quelques points positifs : l'accueil, le ménage, le mini-bar, le coffre fort & le look moderne de la chambre. Quelques points négatifs : l'absence de climatisation (l'accueil fournit des ventilateurs mais la chambre est trop chaude en été), la taille de la chambre, la vue sur la cour intérieure moche et la taille de l'ascenseur

Passage rapide, nuisances sonores

Hotel bien situé. Enregistrement rapide et efficace. Beaucoup de nuisances sonores depuis la cour intérieure avec son énorme conduit d'aération. Ma nuit de vendredi soir fut courte en raison d'une soirée très musicale à côté de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas un lieu de repos, mais un hôtel de passage. La chambre est vraiment étroite lorsqu'on a plus de deux bagages.

Chambre exiguë, pour un Mercure grosse déception, on ne pouvais pas bouger dans la chambre. J'ai horreurs des hôtels comme ça. État de la chambre laisse à désirer, trace sur le mur, pas d'entretien. C'est grave quand même. Propreté moyenne, plain de poussière sur la bouilloire. Par contre le petit déjeuner était très bien et l'accueil aussi et le personnel très agréable.

Totalement satisfaite

Établissement très agréable. Propreté et décoration des chambres parfaites. Mais ce qu’il faut d’abord souligner, c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel à l’écoute. Dommage que nous n’ayons plus la possibilité de commander un plat à la brasserie d’en-bas. Bocaux servis de qualité très moyenne.
