"My flight home got canceled due to weather which prompted me to book my stay. I made it to the free shuttle pick up point a little after 10:30pm, but the hotel informed me that no one will be coming to get me. Unfortunately, I ended up having to book a $30 uber. Once there, we received our room keys and when we finally fell asleep, the fire alarm went off. We didn’t get to sleep until around 1am and our new flight was scheduled for 8:20am. "The biggest problem at this hotel the parking fee that does not give you a designated parking space. I think it should not be a FEE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A SPACE FOR MY CAR EACH DAY THAT I STAY THERE. I WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER LOCATIONS NEXT TRIP TO THE AREA."

"This was the third or fourth time that we used the Doubletree. The property seems to be going downhill. We could not use the shower. The handle fell off so we could not turn the water on. The outlets in the bathroom were not working. The food was good in the dining room. I did speak to the front desk person about the problem in the morning. He said we should’ve called in the night. However, we had just spent 21 hours straight coming home from a flight. We are both in our 70s and did not want to...

"The location was convenient for my business travel and the staff was very cordial. I'm a no-frills person who priorotizes cleanliness above all else. The room was acceptably clean. However, compared to other hotels in the same class, the facilities could use a refresh, including the small food service area. Selections were limited and seemed to be mostly pre-made items."
