"The staff was extremely helpful. We were first booked at GuestLodge, but realized it would be hard for my elderly mother to get to the second floor, which is the only room they had. They allowed us to take the last ground floor room at Travelodge, their sister site down the street. We greatly appreciated the accommodations."

"My stay here was wonderful! The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The hospitality was off the charts!! The owner and all the staff were so friendly and ready to help you with anything you needed. It didn't matter what time of day it was if you came across any staff you were greeted with a smile asked how you were and if you needed anything. The pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained with a staff member there at all times. I have been going to the cape for many years...

"Stay was excellent every was great. Only two minor nit picks. First, TV remote did not work well and the tvs physical controls were broken so the volume was very difficult to adjust not a big deal. Second, we had a room with a kitchenette and many of the dishes and utensils were put away dirty by the previous group so there was food on every thing. "We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale...
