"Place was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly."

"Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in"

"Several restaurants within walking distance very lovely peaceful area"

"The new ownership & management team are phenomenally helpful, professional & wonderfully friendly. Check-in & check-out was simple as pie and they managed a few technological hiccups with poise and confidence. The room was beautifully updated with all new modern amenities and exhibited tasteful aesthetics. Great water pressure and temperature and an advanced mini split A/C system kept me comfy as possible. The area is quaint with much to do within a few minutes drive. Can’t wait to come...

"The property and the room we're immaculate and the Staff were very friendly and helpful! The toilet was a little hard to flush (handle was hard to push down) but younger guests might not consider that an issue. As for the view, I thought I booked a room with a view of the lake but instead only saw the roofs of other buildings and what looked like large air handling units with a few trees in the distance behind them (a nice brick wall would have been a better view). If the view from the window...

"Clean room staff outdoor activities indoor water park was awesome"

"Good location"

"The Swiftwater is a beautiful property and overall we had a nice stay, but I expected more attention to detail for the price point. There were four of us in the room, but only two towels were provided. The hooks behind the door were labeled for robes, but there were no robes, so I notified the front desk just to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for anything missing. There was also a bottle of wine in the room, but nothing clearly indicated whether it was complimentary or an additional charge, so...

"I have stayed in hundreds of places throughout my career and vacations. This place would rank close to the bottom of those hundreds. Dirty - beat up - old. WiFi only occasionally worked enough to refresh or even open a page. The only almost positives. The tv + AC worked. The bed sheets ( but not the cover ) and towels seemed clean."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time like me. I booked this to give it a chance despite all the bad reviews. Came in to no one greeting us for the first 5 minutes. Completely silent and dead. No one in parking lot. Only 1 other couple booking a stay. I was greeted by a nice man who didn’t even work at the hotel who checked me in because he was renovating the place. The room they gave me was somewhat clean at first glance but we didn’t know for sure because we went back up to...

"The room that was given to me smelled like gas"

"The area is great to explore if you like nature. However the stay at Comfort Inn was okay. The staff were friendly however our room looked like it was collecting dust. At the time of our visit most of the amenities that were listed were under maintenance so we weren’t able to enjoy that."
