"I had an extremely poor experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. For two days, I repeatedly requested that the linens in my room be changed, but my requests were ignored. The dirty linens remained in the room until I eventually took them myself and dropped them off at the front desk. The room also had a bug problem. "It was a last minute booking to attend a concert at Stanford. The location was very convenient off the freeway and close to good food places. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There was free coffee at the lobby. It's pet-friendly too! It's a good place to stay and I can recommend to my family and friends."

"Overall, the property meet our expectations, as well had stayed here in the past. However, a recent Corporate makeover of the rooms left me unable to work at the desk in the room. A 'new and improved' desk lamp is only about 10" tall and the light just shines down on the base,. You simply can not read any documents, etc.! I complained to the front deck and they put a big pole lamp at the end of the desk. Much better, I also received a nice note about my inconvenience. I hope that enough...
