"Terrible "

"Front desk person was sampling perfumes/colognes upon my arrival. Had me wait 10 minutes while she was finishing up. A line was forming behind me. Cops were there dealing with an issue. Children were unattended running around the lot. People were outside their rooms smoking weed. Our door kept getting stuck, couldn’t open. OUR ROOM SMELLED SO BAD OF CIGARETTES. IT WAS DISGUSTING! My son has asthma and had a hard time dealing with the smell! There were cigarette burns on sink, toilet and shower ledge. Had microwave and mini fridge…,had to move entire thing (microwave was attached permanently to fridge) over to teach the plug. Seriously a joke! Would never recommend or stay there ever again! We only spent the night to attend a concert at people bank arena. Bad idea. "

"Parking was easy, room was clean, lots of food nearby. The man who checked us in was very friendly, some of the other staff weren’t as friendly but no one was rude. "

"We let them know that we would be arrive I. The early morning hours and they had already checked us in and our room was ready. Great front desk. Room are clean. Could use better pillows, but besides that everything was great. "

"Extremely dirty! Smelled like cigarettes. The shower was awful. It had hair as if someone had shaved and it wasn't cleaned at all. The bath mat was black. The sheets were stained. Rugs stained. No tv connection. Couple next to us were arguing and slamming their door all night. Bad all the way around!!!! Would not recommend! "

"room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. However, breakfast sandwiches were very hard to chew as they were probably done in a microwave."
