Bed was very uncomfortable/hard, our shower room flooded, we were put in a room that was so dark in lighting you could barely see and the third party provider double charged us for parking and hotel is unable to assist with this when i called for help and provider is uncontactable."

"Don't take a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from those STOMPING about upstairs, NEVER staying there again! It's down to the two level NOT having CONCRETE between the 2 floors."

"I almost wrote this hotel off, given that from the outside it looks like soldier accommodation in Aldershot. How wrong was I. The hotel, its staff and the food are all nothing short of exceptional. I travel alone a lot for work, and this place by far exceeded all expectations. "

"Room was not ready on arrival, staff member was disinterested. Bedroom window was damaged, taped together, and did not open. Stains on bedroom carpet. Bathroom mirror looked clean, but once steamed up the words " clean me please" were visible."
