"I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "

"We always look forward to staying at our Chicago Home Away From Home. The Front Desk folks greeted us as if we were returning family. As usual. Just a couple of hitches... The streaming TV sysem you use is execrable. 45 seconds to switch channels, the "Guide" has no data. There are much better systems availablle. Can't think of another except: WE WANT THE WAFFLE MACHINE returned to the Breakfast Room! See you after Spring Thaw!"

"Stayed here when it was the Burnham and thankfully it is still a gorgeous property. Very noisy outside - street “drummers” were loud and incessant from 8am - 7pm. Missed the old wine/happy hour. "
