"The hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The only downside was that the room was missing a few basic amenities. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water, and there was no body wash provided in the shower. These are small details, but they make a difference in a guest’s experience.

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. "Stay away! We had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. The room, especially the bathroom filthy and there were some very “sketchy” people roaming around the property making it feel very unsafe. I’m not sure if they were staying in the property, but we’re in and out multiple times throughout the day and night just kind of wandering in the parking lot.
In addition, we arrived an hour early (after traveling all day) and were told it would be $30 to check in an hour early.
