" Beheizter Außenpool geschlossen in den Wintermonaten. Nirgends bei der Buchung ersichtlich. Das wäre sinnvoll.
Wellness Bereich sehr kalt eingerichtet, nicht gemütlich. Sehr laute Gespräche dauerhaft im ganzen SPA. Wellness Bereich nicht wirklich getrennt vom Sportbereich. Ein und die gleiche Umkleide / Duschen usw. Dementsprechend sehr unangenehmer Geruch, sehr viele Gäste und Lautstärke. Es wurde der Geburtstag meiner Partnerin komplett ignoriert obwohl ich um eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit...

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness of the room to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The atmosphere and decoration of the hotel were beautiful and made the experience even more special.
The location is also excellent, very convenient for walking around and easy to navigate the city from there.
