"We stayed in room on the top floor. Room was cosy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Welcomed by host on arrival and had lovely breakfast in the morning. Perfect location for a short walk into town."

"The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!"

Complimentary soft and hot drinks offered throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service at breakfast was also very good. Will be happy to stay again. "
