"Clean room. Great dining. Great staff."

"Checked in early thanks to the amazing Alina but 3 rooms later I was not happy. 2 rooms we walked into were dirty and the third room offered was clean but had no view and no patio. Breakfast was not served because the kitchen was closed all we could get was a muffin and no decaf coffee which to some people decaf would and should be an option "

"Really impressed with this hotel. It’s way nicer than other options close to the airport. We had a two bedroom suite for our family and it was amazing to have the full kitchen/living room in addition to two full bathrooms. The rooms were clean (no lingering bleach/cleaning product/detergent fragrance anywhere). Not too much airport noise. We stayed just the night before our early morning flight and the shuttle service was so convenient — driver was SO kind and helpful as well."

"Hello, I am reaching due to our experience when we arrived to our room. We checked in around 9 and got to our room @9:12pm as we were putting our stuff down, we realized that there was already an open bar of soap in the shower…mind you it had a piece of hair on it…which looked like a pube hair…We have a picture to prove it… We had told the front desk that we seen that and she just apologized and told us she will send someone to clean it…. They had came when we went to go get food but they...

"I checked the bed before I went to sleep woke the next morning. There was a red mark on the upper mattress suspected bedbug. I was scheduled to stay two nights. I asked for a refund. I don’t know if I ever received it. Staff were very nice accommodating, however can’t deal with bugs."
