"False advertising. We booked here specifically for the shuttle which we called ahead to confirm. When we arrived we were told we could get on the 6 am or the 10 am. I had to take a Lyft which cost me $16.00. Very unhappy"

"No amenities whatsoever. No restaurant or cafe. No bar. The “included” breakfast is non-existent. You pay for a lousy muffin. The outer door was propped open with a used dirty paper plate. So much for security! The only positives were the pretty location and nice staff. Definitely would not recommend."

"A decent nights sleep close to SFO. Only two minor issues: as a solo female traveler I prefer to not stay on ground level for safety reasons. I hope this is something the front desk will take into consideration for all women travelers. Second is that breakfast was over by 9:10AM. I slept later due to my flight not arriving until after 1:00AM . When I got to the breakfast area the ladies had cleaned it up and no one offered to get me anything (piece of bread? Bowl of cereal?). "The rooms are pretty dated. Bathroom Light fixture was all rusty. Kind of dark in the rooms. Our door locked but barely. The latch just made it into the lock slot. The breakfast in the morning is ok. You can at least have a little something to eat. They charge you per night for parking there. "
