⚠️ WARNING: UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I booked this hotel through Expedia because Bonvoy wouldn’t let me use my Gold Elite account (their class system at work). I arrived at 2:30 p.m. after requesting early check-in, only to be told to wait 20 minutes—then watched another guest check in immediately.
The first room (312) was across from the elevator, bare-bones, and the shower leaked badly under the bathroom door and into the carpet. I reported it quietly and was offered another room that wasn’t much better. I stayed in the first room using extra towels to keep the floor dry; at least the bed was clean and smelled freshly laundered.
The worst part: when I returned after being away for two days for work, the clothes I had laid out were soaking wet. I don’t know if someone came in and poured water on them or dragged them through the wet carpet, but either way, it was alarming. When I told the front desk on checkout, they couldn’t have cared less.
The property is old and right next to the freeway (noisy), has strange ceiling motion sensors, and at times charged over $200 a night. It felt unsafe—especially for a woman traveling alone.
Avoid this place. I’ve reported my experience to Expedia.
