"From the first day, the hot water was not working properly, and eventually only cold water was available. I had no choice but to take cold showers during my stay. This issue was reported to the front desk, but there was no apology at all. The staff simply said the boiler was broken, as if it was not a serious problem. This kind of response is completely unacceptable. What is even worse is that there was no notice anywhere in the hotel informing guests that hot water was unavailable. Failing to...

"Adorable but dated. Very good amenities and lovely breakfast nook where food was plentiful. I had what I needed in my room but I recommend renovation that includes better outlet access and improved lighting and carpets. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. If in the area again, I would stay again. "

"The rooms weren’t dirty, they were worn, old. I liked the setup. We had to be moved from our first room because the tv didn’t work. I would stay again but for a weekend tops. I have a bit of OCD so next time I would bring my own cleaning supplies and sheets. All in all the hotel was ok, the staff was nice and the residents were friendly. "
