"Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again."

"For the grandeur of the hotel, the breakfast was not the best for the money self service with tinned mushrooms and the sausages not the best, plus not very hot. And another thing is they charge for parking, a hotel situated away from any means of getting there other than by car with plenty of land you should not be charged to park at £13.50 a day when simular hotels at the same rates do not charge. It is a very nice art deco looking place with a lovely spar and pool."

I have seen some reviewers complain about the variety but seriously what do you expect at this price. Our room was ok but very very warm. Location is great and with a bit of investment could be upgraded a few levels but then again so would the price. Uber was approximately £10 to Bath City Centre. "Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely but a bit cold. Air conditioning in our room was lousy, not cold enough and air flow was ineffective, room was way too hot to sleep in. Location was great for city centre"
