"I liked my 2 night stay at this property. I’m in between apartments and it was not only convenient to get to work it was super clean and staff was very helpful. They gave me a complimentary noon checkout and I needed it because my allergies are kicking my butt this morning. I will definitely be staying again and recommending when I have family and friends visit."

"My stay was as good as it could be. I had a late check in but there was an awesome person behind the counter with a big smile and a welcome greeting that felt genuine. I was checked in in under 2 minutes, and she placed me on the first floor!! Flawless check in. I then picked up another job, so I went back to the front desk and asked if I could extend my stay. She made it happen so that I didnt have to check out and then check in again so I kept the same room with no hassle. The place was very...

"Short list of positives.
1. Conveniently located
2. Nice to have an ice machine
Now for the negatives.
1. Didn't have the room I ordered. Had to pay an upgrade and still didn't get the right room. Wanted a room with a full size refrigerator. Got a mini fridge.
2. The TV did not work properly. The channel guide was incorrect and several regular channels did not work.
3. The bathtub wouldn't hold water.
4. The lighting was bad.
5. Overall bad experience. I even left a day early."

"The hotel was very clean, and the building appeared to be new. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, and there was no coffee maker in the room.
I was also surprised by the lack of basic kitchen items. When I asked the receptionist for a cup, spoon, or dish, I was told that the hotel did not provide those items.
Just before checking out, I asked a different receptionist why the room had kitchen cabinets, a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and even a dishwasher, but no cups, spoons, or dishes....
