"Great place to stay!"

"The hotel is located in a very nice place, the staff is so kind and the rooms are big, the amenities are good, the beds are so comfortable, the only note will be for the cleaning ladies to take care of little details like to sweep the room every day because they don't do it properly, and on the last day they left the card in (they forgot) and the broom there. The VIP lounge is nice, with an spectacular view and really nice menu. The breakfast buffet in the LL place is exquisite and the staff very kind and customer service oriented. Bottom line its a great place to be."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the expectations of its high ratings. It was incredibly noisy - you could hear the TV in neighboring rooms and the doors closing made more noise than any hotel I've stayed in. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. And the room smelled incredibly strong like cleaning solution - and there was only a tiny window to try to air the room out. The hotel appeared to have a beautiful courtyard, but the staff said it could not be accessed. We ended up leaving a day early. "

"Loved the property and location a little miscommunication but not a deal breaker was able to check in early with a fee and they resolved all issues I encounter . I recommend this place for sure very nice and clean , a little store on the side of the building and a restaurant with the best oatmeal ever !! Will definitely stay here again ."

"Excellent costumer service, the staff was always very helpful. One night we decided that we wanted to visit Teotihuacan and the staff help us to book a private tour even though it was last minute!!! The room was clean and comfortable The hotel has a very good location, you could walk to the Historic Center or Roma Norte."

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."
