"Amazing stay! The grounds are beautiful! Location is perfect, away from the main area but the hotel have a shuttle there and back. The food and drinks were lovely. The staff are fabulous - making us feel super welcome and taking the time to get to know us even over a short stay - they are a true asset to the hotel! "

"The villa and pool was gorgeous. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection isn't great but they are delicious. They gave me a warm anniversary welcome with flowers, cake and chocolate and room decorations - very nice gesture, much appreciated. Only downside is that the Aircon seems to be dripping and therefore there is always a wet patch on the walkway from bedroom to toilet. The staff however quickly take note of it and I believe it will be resolved for the next...

"We had a really lovely stay and the quaint Palm Garden Hotel. It’s better in real life rhyan the photos portray. Slightly quirky and a little old fashioned in places, but the staff were lovely and the gardens and pool area really well kept. It’s right the the middle of the best bits of Sanur and a short walk to the shops and beach front. "
