"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before."

"Could have been great, but the apartment was not clean when we arrived (hair in the shower, dirty floor and sofas). Called and got told that cleaning will arrive the next day. But no one came. "

"The place is in the center of the city, overlooking the spire of the Cathedral. It is quiet, though there are cafes and markets as soon as you leave the building. The front courtyard with a table and chairs is an ideal place for a morning coffee. The apartment is huge and beautiful. Every detail is carved from full wood. And every curtain and chair and phone and sofa and cupboard, every detail breaths the old Brno and the old Czech Republic. You feel like royalty staying in it. It was all...
