"Excellent slightly out of town Best Western, everything appeared to be in place and I had a good night's stay. Hotel is on a bus route and very near Stepps station for onward travel should you not come by car. There seemed to be a lot of parking available otherwise. There's a cafe and pub in the nearby village. Overall I'd stay here again."

"Baking hot concrete block next door to a demolitions site with noisy heavy machinery working and my windows obscured by thick grime. The air conditioning didn't work and looked as though it was decommissioned long ago. The bathroom taps were difficult to turn off and I was fearful of a flood…. Maintenance generally seemed poor…. Fitting and carpets were pretty much worn out…. Curtains didn’t quite cover the windows to exclude light…. Uncomfortable stay and not cheap. I was glad to leave."

"The location and public spaces of the property are nice. There is a small gym and onsite Cafe and rooftop bar. There is also space to work. The rooms are very very small for two people though. This is made fairly unbearable by the fact there is no where to put a second suitcase. This doesn't make sense given the remodeled room. We crammed things into every nook and cranny in order to have it out of the way for our three night stay. Also the housekeepers did not change our glassware and did a...

"It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking "

"Property was clean. Room is very small but sufficient for a couple of people. It’s a bit uncommon some rooms are in the basement but it seems to be ok ( mine was). The street is very quiet and a bit dark at night but is one block away from a main avenue. Overall, solid no frills facility."
