"Lovely staff. Unfortunately we stayed when it was very hot. Photos of rooms at the level we stayed at were slightly deceptive - ours was quite small compared to others shown which was disappointing. The fan in the room was not maintained and despite a request it was not swooped. Aircon would be great ..."

"We have been visiting Carey’s manor for the last 25 years. In our opinion it just gets better. There are 2 restaurants currently on site, with a 3rd due to reopen later in the summer. We ate at the Zen Garden restaurant this time, and was excellent. The Senspa is well worth a visit and the treatments ..."

"Beautiful enviroment. Airconditioned rooms and most areas. Most staff very helpful, but some rather one-dimentional and got flustered easily. Would come back as it is the best hotel in the area."
