"This property was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly we were given the wrong key to our room twice which meant we had to come down from the top floor with the worst and slowest lifts I have ever travelled in.
The rooms are very small and bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I had to sleep on the sofa which we found more comfortable to sleep in. The hot water in the shower was only Luke warm and shower recess very small."

"Nice and clean upscale hotel near much of the shopping...both regular and high end. The rooms were tasteful and even had an automatic exterior shade to calm the strong sunshine. Breakfasts were great. Had dinner in the restaurant and food was delicious; drinks were even better. The staff is helpful. I would definitely recommend it."
