"I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time. Being transparent about unavailable amenities would help guests make better decisions. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The options were limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. This was another area that could definitely be improved. Overall, the stay was okay, but I hope the hotel improves communication about important amenities like the pool and works on the quality of the breakfast."
