"I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to come because my daughter came down with the flu. I did the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing staff and other guests to illness. Expedia even reached out to the hotel on my behalf to explain the situation, but despite that, the hotel refused to issue any kind of refund.
On top of that, I kept getting the runaround—every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. It felt like they were just avoiding the situation instead of trying to help or even have a conversation about it.
It’s frustrating that there was no understanding or flexibility given the circumstances. I wasn’t canceling for no reason—I was trying to protect others. Based on this experience, it feels like customer care isn’t a priority here. If you ever find yourself sick or dealing with a family emergency, don’t expect any compassion or accommodation—you’ll still lose your money."
"You pay to stay but you also have to pay to park. A pretty ridiculous thing for the people who are reserving hotel rooms. The amenities inside are barely open. You can eat pizza all day but restaurants don’t open until 5. The water park isn’t open until 10am. Kids are staying there for the water park. They don’t wake up at 9am. They want to wake up and play. There’s nothing open in the meantime. "
"Check in process was simple, very friendly, and I felt home instantly. The room was very clean spacious and comfortable. This is a great brand for comfortable and affordable travel."
"Breakfast is not great, but the coffee is.
Staff is wonderful
Typically, the room is clean, but this time there was suspicious, slimy fluid on the lamp switch."

"Breakfast foods not at proper temperature. Eggs, sausages were cold coming out of the pans. Wouldn't even melt butter. Can't comment on the cold as I didn't have anything cold. Food assortment was good. Everything in that area was clean, organized and well-stocked. Just needed foods kept at proper temps.
Our room bath floor had coffee spills on it that were pretty old. The dirt stuck on top of them gave that away.
Seeing that makes me wonder what else got skipped. Hallway also had spills and was sticky. Hmmm... I will say the room did not have that stuffy smell a lot of hotel rooms have. That was a pleasant surprise.
The staff was extremely respectful, pleasant and helpful.
The negatives could just have been a fluke. I would book here again to see if the issues resolved. "
