"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"We came to Portland for a concert at Moda Center. Hotel was in good location for taking the TriMet to concert venue. Valet was very helpful with directions & recommendations of good restaurants. Room itself was small & had a stale odor but was clean."

"Staff here were incredibly unhelpful and rude. We couldn’t get a room key for hours and check in was chaotic. The hotel is not four stars."

"Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property "

"Very clean and cute. Good location for Phantom at the Keller Auditorium. BUT hooks and shower soap dish were falling off the wall. Also, I personally HATE bar soap for the bathroom sink (which is what they had) since it + counter/sink just stays WET and slimy. expensive parking. ALSO WHY oh why was there The Book of Mormon?? (and no bible)…although I could do without either that just seemed ODD. Especially in downtown Portland. Hmmmm"

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"Don't do the hot tub room. There are 2 different rooms. One is great, larger room w/ a couch. The other is super small and the hot tub needs to be decommissioned absolutely disgusting. Same price! The staff was amazing and breakfast was good. Switched me rooms the next night with a large tub and a tiny shower. No balcony. But still charged me the same insane amount for the hot tub room.... Super disappointing considering this was a #staycation that I saved up for and thought I knew what I was...
