"It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience."

"The room was nice! Comfy and safe. The check in time was at 4pm and there were no rooms available due to still being cleaned. They had a lot of us out in the lobby waiting and the staff acted really confused. Overall, the room was nice!"

"Was disappointed it was loud kids running around everywhere especially they are using the elevator to play goes up and down. The restaurant does not have much selections..typical American burger. We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! Didn’t enjoy this property that’s why we never go back now we have our new fave not far from this place “Hitel Indigo” waterfront Vancouver Wa..this...

"The facility itself was OK. Nothing special. More of the 3 star variety in my opinion. I will say. the beds were pretty comfortable. Not much of a front desk. More of a kiosk by the front door. Pouring rain and they had one umbrella. No bellmen. No valet and $50 to self park in the garage. The maid only made one bed for some reason and took a bag of snack food we had travelled with (that we weren’t done with!), but neglected to empty the trash can!! Out toilet clogged, we called for...

"The hotel is located in the center of Portland only 5mins walk from the riverside. The room is spacious but it’s very outdated. Old dresser, older closet, old bed…… you have to pay for the parking which is 28$ per day. Free breakfast buffet but not many choices . I won’t stay there again"

"Had a great stay, the room was great! The room was clean and the views were awesome. The only think I’d note is their parking garage says 8’2 when you enter but the floors that are self parking were actually 6’11 which was a bit concerning for someone with a large truck other than that it was a great place to stay!"
