"The hotel remains under renovation, and there were some technical difficulties that caused someone to cancel their reservation altogether. The keys did not work but staff said it should be fine now. However, I do not blame the staff, since they just work there and we’re all human. The room was mostly clean, my bed was comfortable and my stay was fine otherwise. I look forward to coming back when the hotel is fully renovated."

"La habitación limpia el desayuno estaba feo y el hotel está muy viejo algunas cosas fallan. Pedí jabón para manos y me dijeron que ya no tenían un día se inundó el lugar para desayunar en general es un hotel que le hace falta mantenimiento. El personal amable "

"The hotel is well kept and clean. Easy access to the DUMBO neighborhood, but also the rest of the city. Uber and Lyft are readily available. The hotel staff is very courteous and prompt to respond to issues. My wife greatly enjoyed our stay and will be glad to use this when we are in Brooklyn again. "

"Small hotel and rooms but that is on par for NY I think. Close to subway station (about 3 blocks).The staff was so great!! Very friendly and helpful!"

"Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood.
No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall.
Have stayed once before and will use again.
I think that it's best features are room size and shower.
I rate them a solid five stars on those features. "
