"This hotel is a bit chaotic (so many people in a small lobby area) and for the price, the breakfast was terrible. We picked a nicer hotel in Brooklyn and didn't expect the breakfast to be like something at a budget hotel. Very disappointing. And I was always having to ask for black tea bags - it was like they were hiding them in the kitchen. The room was tight, as per NYC, but one of the beds was so close the the bathroom slide-door it was a bit awkward. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice....

"Very nice hotel but would’ve been nice to know that the pool and outdoor bar were under renovation. The downstairs bar was closed on a Friday night, apparently due to staff shortage. The room was immaculate though, bed very comfy, and friendly service all around. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Very safe, walkable location. "

"Very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful, Ashley and Alejandro. TV kind of funky with volume going up and down. We would stay there again. Convenient location to get around Brooklyn or get into Manhattan. "
