"I enjoyed my stay at the Nova overall. The ability to park directly in front of the hotel was a major convenience and honestly the deciding factor for choosing this property. The hotel is modern, offers nice amenities, and maintains a generally clean environment, although some areas feel a bit delicate. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a scheduling conflict that caused a later arrival, and although I communicated this several times, I was still asked to call repeatedly. The frequent contact added unnecessary stress during a long drive and could be handled with more streamlined communication. The hotel is pet friendly, which is wonderful for guests traveling with animals. However, guests without pets should be aware that some rooms may have lingering odors. My room had a noticeable urine smell that seemed to come from the curtains. I would only stay again if there were designated rooms that are not used for pets. I always travel with my own sanitation items and bed coverings, which helped, but the room would benefit from a deeper cleaning and a magic eraser for scuffs. There is no designated bellhop, so guests with multiple bags should plan ahead and notify the staff in advance. Despite the challenges, I still recommend the Nova, especially for pet owners. With clearer communication and designated non‑pet rooms, it has the potential to be an excellent stay. Bottom line: it's affordable, clean, welcoming, safe, and modern. Great for solo travelers."
