"We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

"The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful. To put it bluntly he behaved as though he was doing you a favor when checking you in. Did not greet you upon arrival, share amenities etc… He basically tossed the hotel map to me and said here you go!
Also, guests should be aware that the hotel is two stories with NO elevator. So for those traveling with a lot of luggage be aware.
