"This rental was a last minute reservation and both Expedia and the property management were very professional.
The communication was great and the property was exactly how it was presented.
Very convenient location with great amenities.
The only negative comment I have is the parking situation.
There is a garage but it’s pay by phone and you could end up paying 45/ day. Luckily there was a discount with the reservation.
Otherwise it was great!"

"We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to a room mix-up in the system, but overall we had a good stay. The host was very responsive and genuinely tried to make things right. He graciously provided complimentary parking to offset the inconvenience and stayed attentive to all of my requests throughout our stay.
The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, and coffee shops, which made everything very convenient."

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine.
