"The room was nice but the view was not what I expected. The bedroom area also did not have good ventilation so we relied on the living room area to bring cooling to the bedroom. Also, I tried to explain this to the front desk and called but they never answered the phone. I went to the front desk the next day and spoke with a clerk at the counter who only provided me an email to contact the supervisor instead of allowing me to speak to a supervisor while on the property."

"They were very accommodating because when we got there the outlets in our room didn’t work and they moved our rooms that day.. we were upgraded to a lovely suite. We dropped our luggage off didn’t spend most of the day there and came back went to bed. When we woke up in the morning there were bugs on the two nightstands next to the bed, the bar, and many other surfaces around the room. I called the front desk and someone came to disinfect but was spraying disinfectant and barely wiping surfaces...
