"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms was not cleaned even after we told the front desk that the sheets were not cleaned manager did nothing about it. Told me that if I booked again I should contact him directly. Very poor management skills."

"The property was very comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly. This is our favorite stay when we come to Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect location for daily beach access w/ chairs and umbrellas, parking on site via valet, easy zip in and out. Very private and peaceful property. Our family enjoyed the stay and how close the property is to restaurants and shopping. Daily complimentary on site breakfast at property restaurant was a cherry on top."

"Our room was gross. There were boogers smeared on the walls, thick caked dust and grime all over the cabinets/bedside table drawers. The sheets and blankets were stained and the comforter had someone else's sticky food & crumbs(I hope) still stuck to it"

"The hotel staff was terrible and didn’t advise of all fees that while be due prior to arriving or even upon arriving. They instructed the valet to not give us the keys to our car until we went to the front desk to pay fees that we were not accused of. They provided an invoice via email that showed everything was paid but still advised we didn’t pay everything. They were not helpful at any point during our stay, they were rude to us when we asked if we could have towels after housekeeping came...
