"Absolutely loved our stay in Kelowna. The room was so spacious and clean. We felt right at home. The cafe was also a nice treat. We will stay here again."

"The rooms are well laid out with storage and plugs. The beds are super comfortable. Only issues, parking is around back with no back door access which would be handy for check in as there is no loading zone. Other issue was the dining/ food hall. Feels like a dorm. It was super busy and hard to get into the flood stations… no seating available when I got there so one family made room for me. That being said, I’d stay again as the rooms themselves were excellent."

"The place is falling apart, the walls were filthy, ceiling falling in, and there was a bug in my bed- I squished it to see what it was and called staff. They said not to worry about it- it’s a fly. I felt scared and did not want to stay. The area is shady- parking lot a disaster, pool is closed restaurant is closed with staff squatting in dirty shambles. And to top it off- at check in the credit card machine did not work so he took my card and did a manual entry on his computer- woke up 5 days...

"The staff here were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk made sure that I had a quiet room at my request, and it was indeed nice and quiet! This hotel is a bit older and could use some upgrades, the carpets specifically. My room had quite a strong smell of febreze and the first night it was a bit strong for me, but the rooms do have windows that open, so I left the window open all day while I was out and it was much better when I got back, so the second night was...

"Rooms are clean, free earplugs appreciated, 2 small water bottles in the room would have been nice, pool perfect, breakfast not worth it but the coffee is okay "

"Restaurant had fantastic food but not very good service, had to ask for water. Again, food is fantastic! Watched the staff have a great reunion with some friends for awhile after we finished. One guest next to us just got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill. However the food was awesome! We finally gave up and went to the counter too. First time in years that I didn’t add a tip on. But the food is incredible!"

"Hotel is situated near a large trucking facility that has deliveries all night. Back up alarms, crashing of loading bays and offloading materials make for a disturbing night."
