"OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold...

"The website didn’t share that the hotel was currently being renovated. The pool the gym were closed there was no TV if you wanted to watch anything you had to watch it on your phone or laptop. There were wires hanging from ceiling in my room as it appeared they were going to be adding lights ??? For the amount of $$ I paid this was ridiculous. "

"All staff whether they were at reception, housekeeping or in the dining areas....all were very kind and helpful. Came with an elderly relative and was given a great room that suited her needs and I was able to get a room next door. Wonderful stay !"
