"Emplacement. Très bien situé, près de la gare Vauxhall, du Metro, à quelques pas de marche du Pont Vauxhall pour ensuite longer la Tamise. Kanley, le proprio, est très accueillant et aidant. Il a même monté les valises pour nous au 3e étage. Les petits-dejeuners sont complets et succulents. Yogourt, salade de fruits frais, le traditionnel " English Breakfast" ou une omelette personnalisée. Tout est disponible. Sans être très grande, la chambre que nous avions était confortable. Pas air...

"Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Room, whilst clean In dire need of renovation. No chair, hook taken off in bathroom so nowhere to put towels, clear space on wall in bedroom where mirror removed. Poor old carpet. Yes it's being renovated but we paid full price to stay there. Should have been better. Very lovely lady on reception Ilana who was so helpful. However we were told on arrival that the hotel had just been bought and was being refurbished -much needed- and that there was no breakfast...

"Great location for where I needed to be. Underground close by and easy access to central links. Bustling area so plenty open at night around hotel too. Staff are friendly and parking is a bonus"

The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!"

"It was fine for my needs. Just wanted access to a restaurant and a room with comfortable bed and AC. The light didn’t work in the bathroom but I also didn’t complain to anyone about either. Staff was friendly and helpful enough. Nothing fancy. I was there for short term study."
