"No suelo escribir malas reseñas pero esta si ya que fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El hotel no tiene nombre afuera, entras y tienes que verificar con la Recepción si se trata del mismo que has reservado. La recepción en un mal estado viejo y deteriorado. Ingresas al ascensor y empiezas a circular por unos pasillos oscuros que ni cumplen con señales de orientación de lo que hay tras de cada puerta. Justo me entregaron una habitation al lado de la cocina con un ruido impresionante. Todo está deteriorado con mal olor. Se supone que a las 3 pm que es la hora de ingreso, todo el lugar debería estar aseado pero no es así , está sucio, oscuro y con mal olor. Cuando llego a la habitación me doy cuenta que no corresponde con las fotos, ya que han hecho una gran labor de inteligencia artificial y han mejorado todos los espacios que esperas encontrar. Voy al baño compartido y es asqueroso, con cuchillas de afeitar en el piso, todo sucio y con un pésimo olor. Inmediatamente decidí reservar en otro hotel y salir de allí corriendo. La gente que se veía en pasillos no se veía bien y más bien este lugar de alojamiento parecía una residencia de citas clandestinas. Al expresar mi intención de check out tras 15 minutos , en recepción no me ofrecieron nuevas posibilidades de otro piso ni habitación. No te dejes guiar por la ubicación porque a pesar de ser estratégica no vale la pena el sacrificio de permanecer allí. No me retornaron el dinero y perdí 570 euros "

"I arrived at the hotel around 7:00 a.m. and went straight to check in. Although I was not greeted upon entering, despite two staff members being present at the front desk, a young blond male staff member did inform me that a room was available early, well before the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. I appreciated this, as I was extremely exhausted. I was assigned Room 115. Unfortunately, the room had significant usability issues. The toilet was located in a separate, extremely small space that required sitting sideways to use—clearly not accessible or comfortable for most adults. After resting briefly, I left to get food and returned later to shower. The shower, however, was unusable. The stall door opened inward, leaving less than eight inches of space to enter, making it physically impossible to access.This room is not suitable for a standard-sized adult and raises serious concerns about accessibility and basic functionality. When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, I expressed my frustration, noting that the staff seemed already aware of the room’s limitations. I was initially told I would need to pay extra for a different room, which I declined, as the issue was not a matter of preference but of usability. Eventually, the staff agreed to move me. I was ultimately reassigned to a different room, 101, which was appropriately sized and had a functional bathroom and shower. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
