Great location, you are central to a lot of attractions around Brussels. The only issue was the noise. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbor and outside nosie.

Everyone was extremely friendly, the building was historic but modern, and the bed was very comfortable, which I really appteciated

This was a great place to stay in Brussels and will definitely stay again next visit. It is walkable to the sights but outside the very busy center. The hotel was modern and beautiful.

If booking a suite know that they are in the front of the hotel and you hear street noise throughout the night. Rooms were great just the noise of the street was a bit loud

Staff at the receptionist and front lobby are extremely friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for the nearby shop are great. Rooms are okay clean. It would be nice if the tub is lower, not easy to get in/ out of the tub. I will return to this hotel if I come back to this area.

The room was spacious, well appointed, clean, and very quiet. The staff was great, always very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, well worth it. There's a solid selection of good restaurants right next door on the place, and Brussels Central is a short walk away.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was our room refrigerator did not work. The hotel maintenance does not work on the weekends.

Stayed overnight with my family. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to quite a few Brussel attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything (location, personnel, room) is great, but the lobby and breakfast area is always smelling. There is a ventilation problem in the kitchen. Hope they find a solution.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at NH Collection - staff were great and helped whenever we asked - booking taxis and helping with restaurants reservations. Breakfast food was spot on but only downside for us was the restaurant (Hispania) on site which we wouldn’t recommend, we ate there on first night and didn’t return

Mysigt och romantiskt hotell.
Detta var ett väldigt trevligt hotel. Ligger bra till. Nära till allt. Lätt atr checka in och boka. Mycket trevligt rum och vi valde ett rum med utsikt vilket jag absolut inte ångrar. Rummet var rent och modernt. Gigantisk säng som var mycket bekväm med bra kuddar. Om vi valde bort städningen fick vi en belöning i minibaren vilket jag upplever som mycket positivt. Badrummet var mycket trevligt. Så mycket bra betyg på rum/bekvämligheter. Sedan kommer vi till frukosten som var mycket bra. Har allt som jag ville och lite till. Frukt, våfflor, pålägg och bröd/bakelser. Det enda jag tycker var minus var appen för att beställa roomservice. Fick den inte att fungera vilket var irriterande. Så väldigt låg poäng på teknik. Hade lite samma problem med den elektroniska incheckningen. Allt löste sig med trevlig personal i receptionen som jag ringde till och som tog min beställning. Plus för godis i entren.

Very clean. Great location if you want to explore Brussels (palace, museums, etc.). Parking was okay since it was New Years weekend and had to find a parking lot or park on the street. Overall, very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
