"I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike.
Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available....

"We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you.
