"We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium Vallarta! Lots of stuff stood out. Yes clean rooms! We thought the food at the buffet was great. The omelette station and taco bar were a big hit. But what stood out was the staff. Everyone had a smile. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed.
The beach was great. I know there hasn’t been a lot said about the snorkeling but I thought it was pretty good. We were lucky there was quite a few days where the waves were calm and the water cleared up....

"Room? Perfect. We spent morning with lattes on the balcony watching whales. Food? Fantastic. But beyond all of that? Best staff ever. Truly lovely people. We will return literally because of them. And the mini beers. "
