"The apartment was very clean and a lot larger than I thought. It was perfect for two people and included a loft. There was a slight confusion when I was to check in on Saturday and receive codes for the apartment on Friday, but only received them on Saturday at the check-in time. "Paid a 125 Euro deposit on arrival which I was told would be refunded on departure. That’s fine. Although I am now told it can take up to two weeks. I can live with that.

Hotel have been unhelpful and dismissive.
No not allow them to keep your card info.
I will now have...
