"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations and did not fully reflect what was advertised on Expedia.
We chose this beautiful wine resort for its Michelin-starred restaurant, spa, pool, wine tours, and numerous activities. However, several amenities were unavailable, required additional fees, or were never introduced to us. The restaurant was closed both days of our stay without prior notice, forcing us to drive at night throigh windy roads for 20 min just to have dinner.

"Pro: gorgeous and spacious property, we were upgraded to a junior suite that was lovely, attentive staff, and incredible amenities. Pool was wonderful for tired bodies.
Con: very few. The restaurant on site has pretty limited menu, toilet in room kept running all night long- informed staff on checkout (as it was troublesome to flush, and wasting water), fridge in room- housed in a cabinet that I feel caused it to overheat… and therefore was not very powerful enough to keep drinks cold.
