"Was a really lovely stay! The bed was so comfortable, the entire hotel was quiet and peaceful and the views were amazing! We only stayed one night, but we got to enjoy a three course dinner and breakfast and they were both delectable My only gripe will be the cleanliness, because it was an older property it definitely needed a bit more maintenance. The rooms were nice and clean enough but I noticed some cobwebs in the bathroom. Otherwise it would have been a perfect stay!! "

"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

" Very clean apartment, nice lake view, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had all the necessities , AC worked perfectly , wifi was fast. I had the Terrae Suite and it was cleaned daily. Luca from reception was nice, polite , professional and respectful . There is parking on site. Also, a bus station right in front of the hotel. Taxi to the train station in Desenzano was 12 Euros.
