"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone.
